Development & Capital Strategy

Circurna has initiated a Series A financing round to fund use of Circurna’s ciRNATM to develop and take into the clinic multiple therapeutics to treat cancers, fibrosis, autoimmune and other diseases.

Intended Use of Capital:

 

  • Final optimization of the ciRNA™ platform
  • GMP manufacturing and IND-enabling activities
  • Initiation of first-in-human clinical trials for oncology, fibrosis and an infectious disease
  • Expansion IND-enabling, regulatory and business development capabilities
  • Initiate and advance multiple clinical trials

Circurna welcomes engagement from institutional investors and strategic partners aligned with long-term platform development and the generation of therapeutics using the ciRNA platform to treat multiple diseases.
