Developing new thermostable ionizable lipids and LNP formulations, tissue and cell targeted LNPs and optimized and high expression protein production sequences (optimized IRES’s)

This exclusive license strengthens Circurna’s long-term control of its LNP delivery strategy and optimized IRES sequences, while enabling thermostable formulations that when necessary, are targeted to specific cells and tissues where the lipids and LNPs are designed for scalable development and commercialization.
