Darlene Deptula-Hicks is a seasoned financial executive and has served as Chief Financial Officer with emerging growth companies in life sciences for more than thirty years. She is recognized for her deep business breadth, including both publicly traded and private companies, her success at capital raising, Initial Public Offerings (IPO), investor relations, SEC reporting, and her expertise in growth strategies including M&A transactions, and her global business and operational acumen.  She has served as CFO for multiple public and private biotech companies, including Normunity, Grey Wolf Therapeutics, F-star Therapeutics, Northern Biologics, T2 Biosystems, Pieris Pharmaceuticals, and iCAD, Inc. Sitting on Boards since 2006 she is a former Board Member and Audit Committee Chair at Abcuro, Avacta, Aerami Therapeutics, Xenetic Biosciences and others and has held advisory and board roles at several innovative life science companies. Darlene holds an MBA from Rivier University and is recognized for her strategic leadership and deep institutional knowledge enabling companies at all stages to grow and optimize shareholder value.
